Luis began his career at Costco Wholesale and spent 12 years honing his customer service, management, and leadership skills – culminating in the position of Senior Merchandise Manager. His top priorities included ensuring that his team of 70 employees had an efficient, effective and supportive workplace and helping to provide thousands of daily customers with the ultimate shopping experience. Additionally, he served 9 years in the United States Army Reserves where he personally adopted and lives through the character values of Honesty, Integrity, and Respect.

Luis is a highly reliable and diligent loan officer, committed to assisting clients in the purchasing or refinancing of their home. His main focus is to ensure your loan process is communicative, timely, and transparent. Luis was born and raised in Sacramento, CA and moved to Colorado Springs, CO in 2007. There, he studied Business Management at Pikes Peak Community College, while working as a Marketing Representative at Costco. In 2013, he accepted a position that brought him to San Antonio and enabled him to fully embrace the Texas way of life.

Luis currently resides in San Antonio with his wife Melanie, two energetic sons, Louie and Levi, and two playful Shiba Inus, Bentley and Mochi. He and his family are active and enjoy exploring the outdoors, splashing in the lakes and rivers, and traveling to discover new and fun locations abroad.
