I am often collaborating with my Realtor partners to strategize offers, seller contributions, and funds needed for repairs post-closing. This is essential to clients – when a client has a strong Realtor coupled with a strong Lender and those parties know and trust one another, the client reaps major benefits. Homebuyers that use a large shop-online-lender will get a loan. Our clients get the best deal.
There is regularly collaboration with the Realtor and the client to make the optimal solution come forward. I can tell when I work with a Realtor that is inexperienced and does not know how to work for the best interest of their clients. Those Realtors may end up negotiating a good price for their client, but they don’t end up negotiating the best deal. They may negotiate a deal that gets the buyer in the home, but leaves them with a massive repair bill to surface shortly after closing.
I don’t do it alone. I work in close partnership with real estate agents and a strong, experienced team, supported by proven systems and processes. I communicate on a consistent, predictable schedule and address issues early so everyone stays aligned and the transaction stays on track from contract to closing.
