Andy has been helping families achieve homeownership since 2011. Getting his start in the industry as a mortgage processor learning from Underwriting exactly what it takes to purchase a home, he made the leap into being a licensed mortgage advisor in 2015. Since 2015, The Pendleton Team has helped hundreds of families achieve the American Dream of homeownership. Andy’s goal is to break the stigma of getting a mortgage, there is an easier way to do it and when we get to the closing table it will be a celebration!

Andy and his wife, Meredith, are natives to Dallas. Growing up in Lake Highlands area and setting roots in Richardson. Andy and Meredith have three kids (Palmer, Beckett and Walker) that are the light of our days! Amongst helping families get into homes and spending time with his family, Andy enjoys running, baseball, the local sports teams Rangers/Cowboys/Mavericks and being an active member and co-leader of the men’s ministry at First United Methodist Richardson.

Andy prides himself on providing excellent service and hospitality during the homebuying process. Working creatively with clients to have a plan in place that lands within their budget and in their dream home.
