Hey there! I’m Andy Pendleton, your dedicated Mortgage Advisor with over 15 years of experience in the banking industry, including 13 years specializing in mortgage services. I am passionate about helping families achieve their dream of homeownership, guiding them through each step of the process to ensure that my clients are secure in their biggest investment, their home.

Family is at the heart of everything I do. I am fortunate to share my life with my incredible wife, Meredith, and our three wonderful children, Palmer, Beckett, and Walker. Coaching my kids not only brings me immense joy but also allows me to inspire them and others in our community.

As the leader of the Men of Faith ministry at First United Methodist Church Richardson, I strive to uplift and empower the men around me, fostering a spirit of community and support. My commitment to service extends beyond the church walls; I actively participate in several nonprofit organizations, including the Grant Halliburton Foundation, New Friends New Life, Network of Community Ministries, and H.E.R.O.E.S. Through these movements, I work to make a positive impact in the lives of those in need.

Outside of work and community service, I am an avid runner with a personal goal of completing two half marathons each year. Running fuels my discipline and focus, which are the same qualities I bring to my clients. I am always open to joining a local 5K or 10K, so feel free to send an invite my way.

In addition, I founded the Help100 Initiative, aiming to assist 100 families in achieving homeownership, refer 100 individuals and businesses, and feed 100 people in need. It is a mission close to my heart and a way to make a lasting difference in our community.
