Before mortgage lending, Bethany spent years as an Industrial Engineer at Boeing and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Statistics from Texas A&M University. That background shapes how she works today. She breaks every loan down piece by piece and gives clients accurate numbers upfront. She also treats complex financial pictures — self-employed income, past credit challenges, previous denials — as puzzles to solve rather than reasons to say no.

Bethany works with first-time buyers, self-employed and 1099 borrowers, VA, FHA, and USDA buyers, physicians, teachers, and previously denied borrowers navigating a second attempt.
