About

Born and raised in the Lake Highlands neighborhood of Dallas, I graduated from The University of Texas at Austin. My wife Katherine and I moved back to Lake Highlands in 2013 to start a family, and we’re now raising three kids here: Jackson, Parker, and Madison. We’re both involved at Grace Church Lake Highlands, where I serve on the safety team and Katherine serves in children’s ministry. Outside of work, most of my time goes to my kids’ extracurriculars, including coaching my sons’ soccer and baseball teams. I also serve as an active mentor with Forerunner Mentoring, a local nonprofit that matches young men growing up without a father at home with mentors who commit to showing up for them consistently.

I began my career in the mortgage industry in 2020 with Legacy Mutual Mortgage. Since then, I’ve learned that a great client experience comes down to preparation and clear communication. Nobody should ever be caught off guard, and I bring that standard to every transaction.

Dallas-Fort Worth is home base, but we’re able to lend in over 40 states. I handle purchases, refinances, and cash-out refinances on primary homes, second homes, and investment properties. I also work with self-employed buyers and business owners whose income doesn’t fit neatly into standard documentation.

I partner with fellow Mortgage Advisor, Andy Pendleton (NMLS #1230943), as The Help 100 Team, so you have two experienced advisors in your corner. Our name comes from our goal: to assist 100 families in achieving homeownership, support 100 individuals and local businesses, and feed 100 people in need.

My approach starts with a conversation about your goals, not products. Before we talk loan programs, I want to understand what you’re working toward and what monthly payment will actually feel comfortable for you. From there you get a clear game plan and straight answers, and I’ll keep you in the loop from application to closing. Whether you’re buying your first home or you’ve owned one for fifty years, the goal doesn’t change: no surprises.
