Dani Rudd is a San Antonio native and Senior Loan Officer with Legacy Mutual Mortgage, bringing over a decade of experience in mortgage lending. As the leader of The Dani Rudd Team, he takes a personalized approach to helping homebuyers, homeowners, and real estate investors find financing solutions that align with their goals.
His experience includes VA, FHA, Conventional, and USDA home loans, along with down payment assistance programs such as TSAHC (find his TSAHC lender page here). Dani also specializes in Non-QM financing, bank statement loans, and DSCR investment property loans, helping self-employed borrowers, business owners, and real estate investors navigate scenarios that may not fit traditional lending guidelines.
