Josh, a native of San Antonio, proudly holds a dual degree in Finance and Accounting from Baylor University. Graduating in 2018, he swiftly entered the family business at Legacy Mutual Mortgage, immersing himself in various operational aspects, spanning multiple departments.
In early 2023, Josh embraced the role of Mortgage Advisor within The Romanello Team. Guided by Legacy’s Vice President, Tom Romanello, this transition enriched his foundation in helping clients achieve homeownership dreams.
Alongside his spouse, Lucy Diepenhorst, a Culinary Institute of America alum with a thriving bakery, Josh finds joy in art, travel, and time with their family, friends and two wiener dogs. His involvement extends to First Presbyterian Church, as well as memberships at the McNay and SAMA art museums.
