Mark Piburn is celebrating 24 years as a veteran loan originator in the mortgage industry. Prior to the year 2000, Mark enjoyed being a volunteer fireman in Polk County Florida while operating his own home improvement business. He spent many years in the construction business growing up in the Rocky Mountain foothills and even raising his own family in Golden Colorado’s surrounding areas. Mark and his young family moved across the nation, in 1987, to build their family’s lives under the sunny skies of Central Florida.

Since the year 2000, Mark continues to focus on assisting builders, realtors, investors, and home buyers with mortgage options and solutions to empower each individual client. He is an expert in his field and is passionate about finding the best loan product for his clients; as Mark understands that every situation differs and no two borrowers are the same.

Mark currently lives in Lakeland, Florida with his wife. Judi. These two college sweethearts are now celebrating 46 years of marriage. Mark enjoys building projects in his woodworking shop and traveling with his wife to the wide variety of wonderful Florida destinations.
