Shauwn Digman graduated from Texas State University with a BST in Construction Science Technology. He worked for Newmark Homes then Riedel Custom Homes as a construction superintendent, and in 2004 partnered to buy a Real Estate Investment Franchise in San Antonio. In the last 9 years Digman has been Regional Manager for a wholesale investment brokerage in San Antonio TX, as well as a loan officer for 212 Loans, where he provided funding for buyers to purchase, repair, then sell or rent depending on exit strategy. His main focus has always been on maintaining long lasting relationships with business partners, and ensuring that they continue to grow. Digman has been married for 20 years, with 3 beautiful children, and loves living in Spring Branch, TX.
